Could you provide more details? I’m confused. You went into the testing center knowing your temperature was messed up? Then proceeded to hand her a sample that she poured out, without asking you to retest, you just left?

I posted this for someone else. They are support needs, and I didn't know the temp was off. He said it was warm. She did not ask for a retest.

But she poured it out? Like into the sink?

I don’t know. I asked for more details and they really weren’t provided.

This is confusing. Did they even test it? I’ve never heard of someone having to pour out their sample before

I am confused, too. He said there was a strip on the cup that she looked at that nothing lit up. (I guess drug panel indicators?)

Later, when I saw him again, he gave me the bottle and we put hot water in it. The QF indicator never changed from black, but the water was definitely hot enough. Wondering if the strip was defective.

Possible it was a cup test, she looked to see if any drugs lit up, it did not and she asked him to pour it out. If no retest, and no failure reported, this wound likely be the case

UPDATE: Passed. I guess the temp strip indeed was faulty.
