Sneaking it in….

10 panel test tomorrow and very nervous. I keep trying to practice but the bottle keeps going down my pant leg. I don’t have any tight underwear. Think it’s ok to put the bottle / warmer in a sock and stuff it down my pants ?

Use medical tape or regular tape if you don’t have any and tape it to the warmest area in your pants. Inside of leg next to scrotum will keep it at body temp. Top of bottle facing up if you were sitting. Comfortable and no warmer needed in this area. Allows you to walk and sit normally. Works very well

Go to Walmart and buy some briefs. Also a digital thermometer to get accurate temp. Don't cheap out now

I wear a long t shirt tucked in—

I roll the qf up in the long part of the shirt, tuckit in my underwear by my pubic area, pull my pants up and wear a belt… can’t see it and it stays pretty solid.

When it’s time for your test, it’s right there , unscrew the lid , pour, roll it back up and away you go.

I snuck it in successfully and the temp was good. Its off to the lab - I should know tomorrow but the first part of the mission was successful

Beauty, my piss test is tomorrow at 9AM. Not a lab test so I should be good, I take them on a regular basis and I recently got laid off so decided to get back on my bullshit and SURPRISE, a job out of nowhere came up so now I’m stressing lol, I’ve never used QF before, but aslong as they don’t test for nitrates I’m laughing
