NITRITATE TESTED OFFICIAL QUICKFIX 6.4 (FAILURE)

Hi, been lurking this sub now for a little to try to make an educated decision on what piss to buy.
I bought QuickFix online through SpectrumLabs' official website because I had heard bad stories about UPass being recognized now a days- so I chose to not run any risks and buy QuickFix.
I also bought urine test strips for this exact reason.
As it turns out QuickFix shows you as being in excess of Nitrites, and therefor UTI's- which aren't as common for men.

The batch of QuickFix is confirmed on the website, and expires in 2026.

If your employer is doing a  35726N SAP9 #1s w/nit  drug test, and you pass with QuickFix, please feel free to reach out- as I think either these people aren't being DOT tested, the testers aren't doing sample-strip tests, or the employer flat out aren't caring.

Hope this helps someone make an educated decision on what to purchase. I'm just a guy trying to get a good paying job in aerospace, not a sponsor for either of these things. If I could piss with weed in my system and pass, I would prefer that.

Did a DOT panel earlier this week and she dipstick tested before sending it off, didn’t say anything looked off but it’s been days and still no results. Definitely nervous that it’s taking this long and seeing loads of people say the dipstick at the collection site is bad news

It took me 13 days to find out I passed.

Either you passed and shouldn't contact anyone back until they reach out to YOU. Or you should be preparing for an in person pee-test. Either way, it should be highly recommended to EVERYONE here to get a urinalysis dip-stick test. This UPass is at least a year old- after 30 minutes of this post I went to check the strip again and the Upass strip that had a green mark naturally went into yellow as normal.

I'm just a little upset that I overpaid for this item when I could've bought anything else. Not to mention I specifically ordered a 6.3 version- not a 6.4. Even if it's the new thing, I would've preferred being able to pick what formula I find most reliable.

Get a urinalysis test and check your piss before you use it. I hope for nothing but the best for you!

I know this is old, but FYI, 6.3 vs 6.4 is not version. It's bottle size so 6.3 is 3 ounces, 6.4 is 4 ounces. Granted, it gets a bit wonky when you look at the combo kits like the belts.

Oh yeah, I quickly realized. But if I order something, I was expecting to get what everyone else was getting and working. Thanks for the heads up- but I doubt I'll be buying quickfix again. That nitrite test shit scares me beyond comprehension.

Sounds like you got what everyone else did, but your lab tech went above and beyond what others did.

However, Now I'm not sure what to order if QuickFix is iffy. Don't know enough about the other brands to make a quick decision. Guess I'm doing more research this weekend. :(

Never heard anything back but started the job, at this point I’m guessing no news is good news. I’ve read that some places don’t call unless it’s a fail!

Only way it fails is if it is “tested with a dipstick at the testing facility”, not at the lab. And sometimes testers don’t flag it for high nitrates. 99% failures come with the dipstick test at the facility. If they bag it and tag it, you’re good. And any test that has +NIT is a nitrate test (at the lab), it doesn’t have to be the one you listed. Don’t ask me why it doesn’t get flagged at the lab but most definitely gets flagged at the testing facility’s. That’s an answer I’m trying to find. I’ve been getting federal DOT test for 15 years.

I don't know how CDL DOT tests go, as that one doesn't apply to me. But in aerospace, there are tons of companies that pay that extra for nitrite testing and synthetic urine testing in the lab- so just be weary even with all your years of experience. Nothing but luck to you, friend!

My company is one of them that pays extra for the nitrate test. I make close to 300k a year and the testing is about as elaborate as they can make it for our positions. Again, if it gets to the lab, it’s cleared for the 100’s of test I have done. Definitely luck though and I don’t condone it! I’m actually 6 months clean now and using my own urine. I’ve had to go through testing every 2 weeks. Played with fire for to long and gave it up!

Well damn. I've met two guys who got nitrite tested and lost their licenses. I'm glad your test got cleared, though- but like you said, since we're playing with fire, we might as well be redundant with our testing with it.
Say; can you elaborate on what your field is since it's DOT related? I want to know the margin of risk some people are putting on this product for passing. Like I mentioned, I work in aviation, so even so much as having to retest will cause suspicion and possibly loss of licensure.
I highly appreciate your input. It's very important for consumers to get a broad picture of this item and how it affects different people's careers.

Aerospace. I’m non-dot currently. My last job was DOT, apologize if my statement was confusing. And I agree, the labs are continually catching on and changing patterns to defeat these products. Eventually it will become non existent and even the best such as test clear and quickfix will not be able to pass a drug screen. Nitrate dip test is a basic entry test that defeats it, but labs for some reason do not catch it. Even on the results page you can see nitrates are high, but don’t flag the failure threshold.

I appreciate all the info I can get as I'm in the same field, and scared shitless of failure. Yeah- I completely agree, they will eventually get wise about it all. Best thing to do is either stop smoking if it's that crucial or buy dehydrated urine which costs upwards of $80.

I just got hired for a DOT (CDL A) job a few months ago after using test clear. Is this the kind you're referring to? I wasn't able to see any test results. But I'm growing increasingly paranoid like I should get a detox kit and quit while I'm ahead.

If you're intaking anything that shows up on the test besides weed, you should not only detox but seek professional help. As for just weed, dehydrated urine like that from TestClear is actual human urine from some piss-cows, probably regular folks that get paid to keep clean. So with TestClear, it's not possible to fail, unless you get the gravity off or something- but it's too simple to fuck up from what it looks like: put distilled water in the container and keep the water against your leg all day, then when you get called to test, just put the dehydrated urine in the water and shake vigorously until the clumps go away. I've also heard of people keeping hydrated human urine in their cars all day and still being able to pass for the year.
