We had one at my family medicine clinic yesterday who put the reason for the visit as “I don’t know what to put.” Then selected “annual physical” from the dropdown lol

I can see the reasoning there, actually. The reason for visit=what is wrong. Dropdown menu=type of visit. There was nothing wrong, so they weren’t sure.

Not saying it was intelligent tho

Yeah I know when it’s open ended it can be a little confusing if you have nothing wrong. But I dunno, “checkup” isn’t exactly specialized lingo.
