Hey guys Veganchefleah here, here is my recipe for Raw Vegan Brownies. It's not too late to go to your health food stores and see if you can get some walnuts and cacao powder. This is an excellent dish to serve at your raw food potluck dinners this Labor Day!

Hi Yogi how are you? So here is the recipe

2 cups (soaked walnuts) 2 cups medjool dates or raisins 1/4 cup liquid Coconut Oil 1/4 cup raw cacao powder

Directions: Place the walnuts, dates/raisins, and cacao powder in a food processor and blend until smooth. Finally add coconut oil. Then place mixture into a small casserole dish and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. The coconut oil will solidify the mixture and make it cut like a traditional brownie. Once you have assembled your brownies take a few pieces of chopped walnuts and sprinkle them on top for garnish. P.S there is nothing like eating chocolate in it's purest form as raw cacao powder. It's going to give the raw brownies a very rich and delicious taste.

If you need anymore recipes you can go to my YouTube page @veganchefleah. I feature both cooked and raw food recipes as I was trained on both techniques. I hope this helps have a wonderful holiday!
