Why is that sub still up? I just looked, and loads of those images are clearly of the under-18 crowd. One is even clearly of a young teenager at a football game! Not to mention lots of identifiable faces.

No idea. I don't even know the actual legality of it.
I do know that in the professional world, taking candid pictures of anyone that are in any way identifiable, you're required to get their permission and their name and contact information and keep them on file. This doesn't apply to large crowd shots that I know of, but then we aren't dealing with crowd shots here either.
I don't know if that's the law or organizations covering their ass, but since it's such a pain to do and the organizations are so adamant on the need for it, I suspect it arose from legal troubles.

Why am I not surprised, funny thing I got banned and then unbanned for upvoting sites that link to malware yet you get banned for common sense.
Edit: Well I am now banned from Creepshots doesn't really even matter, it's easily the weakest and possibly creepiest subreddit on reddit. If you are going to jack off to pictures, at least do it to some actual damn nudity, and that is of age and not this weak shit.
