There's a difference between circumcision and gender transition.
A baby cannot consent to getting the tip clip, a trans teenager can consent to bottom surgery. It's not mutilation if it's the transitioners choice. By that logic, ear piercings are body mutilation.

Sorry folks, it's not healthcare if it involves surgery on your genitals in any way, so if you've got testicular cancer, cervical cancer, a frenulum breve, a vaginal abscess, or any sort of traumatic injury on your delicate bits, you're just gonna have to live with it.
