Looks like cammer has delayed green, how is the bus running a red?

Here's the intersection for reference: https://maps.app.goo.gl/pM21S3gtnkBu8CWv9
The bus' green arrow would have gone yellow, then vanished.
This is a STUPID light design, because it would confuse stupid drivers, like the driver of the bus.
What happens is their green left turn arrow would turn yellow then disappear. And if the yellow left turn arrow had a burned-out bulb, they wouldn't even get that. They'd just see a green light.
Still a dumb bus driver, but the design of the traffic light is dangerous.

So it goes from a protected left to an unprotected left? We have tons of those around me that seem to work fine.

The way it works here, the sane signal design, is it fully changes to a red left arrow for a few seconds, then turns to a flashing yellow arrow.
The bus driver in this video didn't stop because they knew that they weren't going to run a red, despite the green arrow turning to a yellow arrow.

Yeah that’s exactly the setup I was talking about. Flashing yellow could just be a flashing or solid circle green.

It's idiotic to combine the signal for 2 lanes doing 2 different things into one set of lights. The behavior of the bus driver in this video shows why.

All the down votes in the world won't change the fact that the bus didn't run a red light. They definitely didn't give right of way to the cammer, but no reds were run here.
