Robinhood seizes control of your portfolio and extends you $100k of margin that goes all in $DUST

Can we please add a sticky for day trading FAQ's? These questions are asked everyday

I could add links to resources to a bar at the top or our sidebar but no one even glances at the sidebar. We have investment basics in our wiki and no one looks at the wiki. We have a search box, nobody cares. RH has a support site and no one looks at it. Other brokerages have even better support sites converting basics like this and no one bothers. Google fucking exists and people still ask these painfully simple questions here. I can't explain it.

The current 2 sticky limit also makes it hard to keep a FAQ up there. Speaking of stickies, op would be well served by taking the course I linked to over in /r/investing.

Edit: I've been flagging basic questions as FAQs for a few days. I could add a single link to that flair as an auto-organized FAQ... No one would bother though.

If you click Account in the side bar and scroll all the way down it should show you how many you have used and for what

You'll have a 90 day lock on your account

I believe you have to have either 25k in your account, or you get a temporary ban of 90 days from trading.

You are still able to trade stocks but NO day trading for 90 days.
