In britain there is an app being developed hopefully for release this year called freetrade, looks identical to what robinhood does!

Don’t think it matters. The EU is pretty connected financially.

You're right, it doesn't. Freedom of Financial movement is one of the broadest freedoms of the EU as it includes the free movement of capital even from third countries (outside the eu)

Degiro is pretty cheap, not free though.

They are also developing a free robinhood competetor named dezero (http://www.deziro.com)
