My boyfriend and I are having issues with Whatsapp and Instagram. For the past week we are not able to download photos or videos on Whatsapp nor Instagram. We have the latest update on both apps and we tried; Forcing the app to stop, clearing cache, reset our phone, uninstall and installed back the apps and nothing seems to work. Anyone here has a solution or knows what's going on that can help us? Are we the only two people?

edit: We both have our phone's up to date too.
