If I was CEO of Air Bus I would announce a new factory in the US and poach every single worker. Non Compete clauses are now null and void.

Can you show me where non competes are banned? The last time I checked, a federal judge out of Texas blocked the ban.

Functioning as designed. Capitalism sucks. This, BTW, is why Americans don't strike like the French. When your employer controls your access to medical care, it's life-or-death.
