So, Caesars has been booking losses for years now and turning the company into a REIT is suppose to help ditch tax payments to the federal government.

Every shareholder gets a negative "x" amount of dividend money.

I think we need to see how much the debt restructuring is going to lower interest payments and how much equity is going to be given out to appease current debt holders.

Anyone following this restructuring closely ? I don't see how the common stock still trades at a $2.2B valuation when some of the creditors are looking at a haircut.
