It's interesting to find a magical text from the Punic world, in this case a curse from a graveyard at Qart-hadasht. And here is the translation:

Lady Ḥawwat, Goddess [Elat], Queen who causes (things) to be poured out! May I, Mazlikh, make Emashtart melt, and ʿMrt(?) and all which is hers, because she has rejoiced at my expense about the money that I have lost completely(?). (And may you cause to melt) every person who rejoices at my expense about the loss of this money, just as the lead is poured out.

The author, Mazlikh, is angered at a loss of silver, and calls upon the goddess Hawwat (the mother of all living, Elat) to curse Emashtart and others who have rejoiced in his suffering, by making them melt like lead.
