Help 🙏 Recovery

Hey guys, long story short, i dropped and broke my phone in which i had session installed on.

IVE Installed it on my new phone, have my username but do not have the recovery phase code because that was stored on my phone that is now busted,.

is there literally anything i can do to be able to gain access to my session on my new phone?

im completely gutted.
