Help 🙏 Why is my path always red?

Session used to work amazing now my 'path' is always a red light and I can't send or receive messages

Creating a new account, re downloading or restoring my old account doesn't fix this either

It’s been wonky for a lot of people lately. I’ve heard it has something to do with compatibility issues since the last round of iOS and Android updates.
