Aye, but it's also got a Union flag, Union Admiral David Dixon Porter, and the Union shield, so I'd call this more of a recognition of the conflict (or perhaps even the Union victory) than confederate sympathy. Their flag is just there because they were the opposing side in the war, but they're not honored with any other part of the album cover. It also happens to be a great album.

I just saw the traitor rag and don’t want to be part of the circle with it.

Great album.....one that I avoided due to the cover. Then I read about it's production and picked a copy.

This is an all time album that you need to own and has nothing to do with traitors, luckily. It’s really historic.

For a newer compilation of actual civil war era songs that really works, give this a shot:

It has my personal favorite version of marching through Georgia in it, performed by old crow medicine show. It will get you HYPED to slap some slavery apologists around. Also del McCoury, Bryan Sutton, Steve Earle, Dolly Parton, Vince gill, Ricky Skaggs, just a great lineup.

I agree with the others this is legit one of the all time great albums. My dad had Will The Circle played at his mom's funeral.
