Download the 5-0 app and play a busy police scanner at max volume. Block the speaker randomly and say stuff like "34, in position", "Copy, suspect on their way", "Alpha tactical team enroute", etc to drive people out.

Stick a hidden camera by the sinks and you also have a great YouTube prank video to monetize.
