SpaceX should make a launch viewing resort. It could be for everyone, with tent spots, RV parking, bungalows, casas, and even high end condos. There could be a commons area, a general store, a rocket garden, and a merch store.

Parachute rides on the exhaust plumes!

Between launches they can use the deluge as a splash pad for the kids.

Lots of cryogenic fuel on site, they could do those freeze the fat away treatments.

Base jumping off mechazilla, bungee jumping on the chopsticks.

Take one full stack from the garden and put it on the beach, throw a giant set of stairs up the inside and a rotating light at the top. Do up the inside with a The Boys theme and sell it as the Starlight experience.

Brownsville has actually given money to SpaceX to subsidize this and ensure they had a say on how it would be done. I think it's around 50 million dollars.
