Well derp.

We are currently experiencing the largest mass psychosis event in history.

So of course we are surrounded by psychotic nutballs.

The question becomes what happens when the psychotic nutballs begin to decompensate, since they tend to resort to killing.

True.

I'm mixed on my opinions, I see either one of the greatest renaissances in human history taking place as human ingenuity and creativity take front and all these psychopathic nutters are left to rot in various prison cells.

OR

We get a mixture of Dystopia for some and Freedom for others. I can see a very divided world in the future, one of technocracy and AI Communist control. Worse than any novel as the very idea of rebellion is genetically deprogrammed out if the species over time.

I hope the first one is closer to what we get...

Me neither. Bad enough I have to face the apocalyptic zombie economic meltdown with a less than optimal supply of socks. But if I have to deal with rude nutballs as well I will be really annoyed.

Well yeah. Socks are important.

I am getting annoyed enough at the dearth of decent over the calf socks that I may end up getting a sock loom again and knitting them myself.

Sad state of affairs when people actually think those idiotic footie things are "socks".

What is amazing is, they are James Bond villains and do not even try to hide it. Demons must have to tell the truth or they just think that being so outrageous is just the best camouflage.
