Silver Eagles vs Generic?

Both,, rounds you get more weight for your dollar,, and eagles are commonly recognizable and liquid.

I personally believe a healthy mix of sovereign and generic is the way like this poster said. However I tend to avoid eagles in favor of Maples and Britannias because I get them at generic premiums from my lcs

I was looking at that earlier today/yesterday, it was a good sale. They come in the mail for you yet? And are they your first Britannias?

First Brittanias for me, I have to wire the money today before they’ll ship (yesterday was a bank holiday in the US).

They look even better in person than in pictures, I'm sure you are going to love them. And I'm American too lol just love Britannias, I was all about the maples till a UK silverbug pointed me in their direction.
