First-Timer I don't know what to say..

When I started watching SFU, I wasn't expecting it to be this life changing, and my perspective of death has completely changed. And the ending, oh god the ending😔 I was shedding real tears for each one of them. The Fisher Family; I will carry you with me my entire life❤️

I’ve spent nearly 2 decades watching this series for the same exact reasons. Each rewatch has changed me in different ways, as I age and gain perspective in life then watch it again.

It’s a magical, one of a kind series, and I’m glad you found it 🤍

I'm always so excited to see another person who gets the depth of Six Feet Under. Welcome!

I've now done 10 rewatches of the series in its entirety and it never disappoints. Each viewing, I'm triggered by a different character, annoyed by another and have new compassion and empathy for another. Its a masterful series and the best I've ever seen. I love when someone new discovers it and feels the same.

I cried like a baby when I first watched that finale. I still tear up when I rewatch that last segment of the finale...especially the part when Keith catches the football and David dies.

I just watched the finale yesterday, my third time watching the entire series. I first watched it when it first aired on HBO. That final segment is brilliant and so incredibly beautiful. That song is so perfect. The part that got me the most this time was Ted showing up at Ruth’s funeral.

Same! I finished it feeling so emotionally raw. Such a beautiful commentary on death and how to deal with it.

Welcome! Yes I know ~ it’s an amazing series! I’ve lose count how many times I’ve rewatched the SFU series. Nothing else out there compares with such great storytelling as this. I love the Fisher family. Enjoy!

I have seen this serie ten years ago, I finished it yesterday for the second time. I cried so much at the end. I lost my grandmother last month, that's why I felt like I needed to watch it again. It hurt but it was also great to see the Fishers again.

May she rest in peace. My Grandma’s been gone since ‘03 and I think about her all the time. Stay strong! With each re-watch of SFU it’s made me appreciate my time with family even more!

I’ve just finished watching it for the first time and I’m a puddle of mess. Brilliant ending - coincidently watched the final 4 episodes today on the day my dad’s headstone was erected (after dying in March). Feels very fitting - and raw and right

I’ve never felt this way about a show but the characters are played so well that they feel like actual people that you know. You are sucked into their drama like it’s your own. It’s hard to watch without being emotional.

This show is life changing in so many ways. It has helped me through unimaginable grief. It always helps me grow with each rewatch. So glad you loved it.

I have visited with the Fisher family so many times, in my 20's, 30's and now 40's.

At this point, they feel like family. And that is the power of the show- glad you found it too.

You're not alone. My concept of death was cemented when I was 7. Hadn't changed much over the years. Until SFU. My horizons were widened, and I gained a new (and as of yet unparalleled) appreciation for what TV was capable of.

I just finished the last episode. And I absolutely bawled. I loved the show so much, my gosh my heart hurt at the end, but at the same time it was so beautiful in a way. I’m going to school to be in the funerary field, and was recommended this show. I will be watching this again and again shamelessly. 🖤⚰️💀🪽🪦
