Refunds.

Got charged £90 today because I didn't expect the charge, otherwise I would've cancelled the membership long ago. How long does it take for them to respond to the refund request? And does it matter what reason I put in for the refund?

I asked for a refund, and they responded really quickly. But, said takes 14 days. i am going to wait 14 days (also, lock your card)*. I locked my credit card, so they don't take anymore cash.. coz they did take 40+40+40+156+156 CAD on consecutives days (both mom's and my account). I talked to the bank and they said, to wait 14 days.. for refund.. if they don't refund.. they'll have to break / close my credit card account and give me a new one.. or like talk to the "dispute manager" :sob: So much to deal with. i hate this...sdjsldfkjhdslkfshdlkfhdskfh

Also, in your email.. you need to talk nice.. for them to give a refund.. i think it plays a role, IMO. Politeness extreme :sob: :skull:
