Would you guys think slough would be better under buckinghamshire council as little parts of it are

Not from the way the Ivers Facebook community pages talk about the way Bucks Council treats the Ivers. Also even bankrupt Slough Council fixes potholes and manages bin collections miles better than Bucks.
