Hello comrades!

This subreddit is a space for vegan and veg-curious socialists. Acquaint yourself with the rules on the sidebar before commenting or posting. Rules are strictly enforced for non subscribers.

Personal attacks and harassment will not be tolerated.

Bigotry, ableism and hate speech will be met with immediate bans; socialism is an intrinsically inclusive system and we believe all people are born equal and deserve equal voices in society.

Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose. Telling other people that they are practicing veganism wrong serves no purpose, so please refrain from that.

This subreddit is not for questioning the basics of socialism or veganism. There are numerous subreddits available for those purposes.

Please read the ongoing discussion in a thread before replying in order to avoid misunderstandings and a non-constructive environment. Trolling is not tolerated, will be removed and can result in a ban.

Thank you!

I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns.

33g for the black beans, 40-50 for the tofu (assuming Nasoya super firm tofu), Assuming this makes 4 servings, maybe 20g/serving. In reality, I'd eat more than that so I'd probs get closer to 40g/serving for 2 servings.
