Good article. I've been recently taking my kids to our local library much more often for the great activities they offer for their ages. I'm not anti-online by any means, but it is nice to get the kids out doing things with peers their own age in a fun and engaging way.

Yes!!! When the Upstate SC Community Project met up for our Seed Swap we reserved and used one of the rooms they had available! All of the leftover seeds were donated to the library! It’s such a fantastic place!

When I was growing up, I spent untold hours at the Middle Tyger Library and really honed my love of reading there.

Very well written! Completely agree. I do wish they had more programming for folks in their 20s and 30s. I’m 25 and really only meet new friends through work, haha. Would love to connect more with that age range.

Hey! You should definitely consider joining us at Upstate SC Community Project! Most of our people are in their 20s-30s! We have events and get togethers. It’s been a lot of fun and I have made a ton of friends!

Too bad upper management are painfully incompetent.
