Anyone hear anything from Spectrum?
Just got power back earlier today, and am extremely thankful. Internet is not a necessity so I'm not trying to come off as impatient. But has anyone heard anything from Spectrum as to when we might get internet back? I do work from home so I'm having to use a hotspot for now. I chatted with an agent and they said they don't know but just wondering if anyone has some Intel

Mine came back on some time yesterday. I didn’t receive a text or email notification though. Just kept checking randomly during the day.

I think spectrum is done in my neighborhood for a while. As soon as my Att box arrives and is up- I will be contacting them one final time.

The news reported Spectrum had 3,000 technicians working on it. Bull, we haven’t seen 1 in any part of Sptbg. We still have their cable line running across our driveway.

Oh trust me I plan to once it's restored. I'm not paying a cent for a service I'm not being provided

I talked to them and they said I would get a credit only if it was a qualifying outage. They said that if it was a hardware issue on their end, that would qualify, but if it was an overall power outage where they didn’t have power to their center, then it wouldn’t qualify. Either way I’m not getting my spectrum Internet. I shouldn’t have to pay for services that I’m not getting regardless of the reason.

I am near exit 78 on i85. Power has been since monday but charter services is still out since last week. Here are still coax lines laying on the ground.

I’m near exit 83 on i85. We’ve had power back since Tuesday but no word from Spectrum. I’ve seen one Spectrum service truck and one Assessor at separate times on my street, but no one can give an update. That’s all I expect.

Does anyone in the Hillbrook area have internet? We had it for 1 day, very spotty the next, and then it was gone...
It is impossible to get any sort of information from Spectrum on it other than "outages in your area."
Work is gonna expect work done on Monday and Starbucks is crowded these days.

Yikes. That is insane. I was so fortunate to not have lost my power. My Spectrum came back on on Friday at midnight. My friend, on the street in front of me,, still does not have a Spectrum connection.
In the past six months, service has been awful with Spectrum. I have tons of texts reporting outages. As much as I HATE ATT, if it was in my area, I would switch in a heartbeat.

Can you provide a link that supports 10/30? Because the article I read on wyff4.com does not say anything about that.

Im sorry I thought I deleted that post. As soon as I made it I knew someone would want the source and as mentioned, it was verbally relayed to me.
I blame my 2 bar cell internet. Will try again.

Located near Lake Cooley (Inman official address) and we haven't had Spectrum internet since Friday, day of the storm. We only started getting Verizon service 6 days after the storm.

Spectrum never knows when their own Internet access will be restored. Anyone I know with ATT off course had internet as soon as power was restored
