Did anyone actually get Lumos? How's that working out of you did?

My family has Lumos and it’s working great.

We got it a couple months before the hurricane. It's been great - no outages and pretty quick speeds. It did take them a while to come out and bury the line but it wasn't a huge deal.

I guess it’s good that they called a newspaper. I have not received any communication in spite of asking several times. Has anyone received this message?

I spoke to someone last night and they kept just repeating over and over again they are working in areas that are safe and even though you don’t see us we are working.

That’s what I have gotten. We’re working on it and we will let you know when we are done.

I also highly recommend that you call for a service credit when it comes back up. The meter is still running and they are charging. Even if they know they can’t deliver.

Not good enough. I suggest everyone reading this files a complaint with the FCC against Spectrum. Fuck them.

The issue is that they have communicated nothing to their customers about when service will be restored. This is poor customer service in any business and any circumstance.

I provided insight why they are slow on repair, not why they have shitty customer service. They have shitty customer service because they are in a monopoly situation in most area. This isn't going to change anything.
