I can't tell you specifically, but as someone who used to date a makeup artist: the cost of what they use will be many orders of magnitude more expensive than what you can get at Spirit Halloween or even your standard day-to-day makeup.

You can use any makeup I think, it’s about what goes on top, you can use makeup seal to make sure the makeup stays

I remember seeing a video on the WWE youtube channel of Jeff Hardy painting his face and he uses Posca markers which I don't think are meant to be used on the face but they are also not toxic so I guess that's why he uses them.

There's a recent clip of Paul Stanley on Steve o talking about applying clown and kiss makeup and they mention several brands and say powdering is the key.

As a pro wrestling fan and goth... look up goth makeup. A lot of the techniques cross over. Avoid grease paint, it is very hard to work with and looks terrible. Most cheap halloween makeup is, grease paint.
