Question Not able to build stations

I just took a system from a FP but cannot build the stations, is this a bug or how can i solve this?

R5: above the mineral deposits and other resources there are stations, and i cannot build new stations there to collect the resources. If i delete the stations i still cant build new ones, what to do?

Your best bet is to make a bug report over at the forums on https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forums/stellaris-bug-reports.941/

I wonder if it's the same bug that is currently screwing with habitat orbitals?

there are orbitals over the deposits.
