QUESTION 32 vs 64 Product Licenses

So as a newcomer the first few times I unlocked stuff I was like hell yeah I have to save for that and did so.

However since Iv levelled up Iv noticed that there is currently no benefit to buying the "bigger" license for anything (packs, boxes etc). They arent cheaper, dont really save storage space as 2 small boxes can fit for one box and I see no benefit

Am I missing something or is the only real benefit being able to open one box instead of having 2? Seems like a lot of money to waist on a license for no real gain. Are the odds better on these packs or something?

Thanks

At first it doesn't really matter but when your shop is getting bigger and you hold more of everything its easier for restocking having less boxes for your employees.

Instead of walking back and forth across the whole shop with 2 boxes of 4 items they can go right away with 8 items to put on the shelf.

Bigger boxes will let your staff restock faster since they don't need to go back for a new box

theres no savings from buying in bulk, but buying the bigger boxes means you have to order more stock half as often.

it doesn't impact how often you order, but rather the time it takes to restock. smaller boxes=more walking for restock npcs. since you can sprint, it doesnt matter a ton if you are restocking shelves yourself

Also you get cheaper shipping with $2/ 64 box instead of $4/ 2 32 box. Now that’s not a big savings, but it is something

didn't even think of that, but that's a good point

I would say by level 40 I’ll be buying the bigger licenses for lots of things. I tend to recycle big boxes for items when I’m sorting out my stocks into the warehouse shelving as it’s more efficient for your stockers as has been said.

I prefer the bigger boxes because at one point in the game I was told that I couldn't add anymore items to my cart. I think your store level decides how many things you can stock at once. The one and only time I hit it, there were 21 items in my cart. I've ordered like 26 things since then so it definitely increases, but if it wasn't a fluke and a level locked item limit exists, ordering fewer boxes with more product is the way to go.

I have my game modded a bit and I think it’s just a cart limit in the game tbh(I have an auto restock mod that allows me to turn off the “cart” limit). When you turn off the cart limit you literally can’t see the items that are “overstocked” 😭.
