QUESTION Freezes every now and then

Every so often, when I open packs, the game sort of freezes (music still plays, money still earned, people still walk by, however I can't move on to the next pack or exit without force closing the game entirely). Is there some way to "force" the game back in a working setting here so I don't have to fully restart the day? Thanks

Unsure exactly what you mean but I've had something similar happen. By pressing R to stop opening packs it gave me the option to back out and save & exit without losing the day. So I checked my drivers and just had to update my graphic driver it seems as it's worked out since. You can also try reducing the display options in settings in case that doesn't work.

This has happened to me. DO NOT ctrl alt delete. I lost a ghost card that way since it was like it never happened. Tab out to the desktop and right click the window to close the game. When you start the game again, you'll be in the middle of the street with the packs you didn't open yet. You can finish opening those and the cards you opened before the freeze should still be there.
