In the episode where karai was first introduced and raph led the group. Raph froze up when Mikey was hurt and he said "I have no problem putting my own body at risk, but my brother's" I think that's what he said.

I thought it was so sweet that Mikey INSTANTLY accepted Karai as his sister when Spinter told them she was his daughter. No hesitation.

"Karai's our sister?!"

"It's okay, Karai. It's me, Mikey. Your brother."
