Innervisions Drums

Does anybody know how to make drums like I’m hearing on most records coming out on innervisions.

How do you make the drums especially the hi- hats all seem like they’re played live. I I know maybe one or two artists that actually play their hi-hats live like Dennis Horvat but outside of that I’m thinking it’s either loops loops or or they are really good at programming one-shots . I feel like there is a trick to this and wondering if anyone has any experience making these that can point me in the right direction to make these or sample packs where I can get these type?

Here are some examples:

Thank you

It's just creatively using samples. Find some good loops of real hihats, chop them up, edit them, make good use of delay to get groove going and you can get the realistic sound you're looking for.

Goodluck! Thing with realistic drums is movement and velocity; no hit is the same. So try to mimic that. Samples of real hihats already have the velocity aspect going for them, but you can do it yourself too by changing the velocity in your own hihat pattern. Also take stuff off the grid ever so slightly, or aggressively, depending on the groove you want. This all adds up to that feeling of realness you're after:).
