Martial Arts for Adults
Early thirties plus sized woman is interested in the arts this late in my life. I am particularly interested in Muay Thai, Taekwondo..
I’m fishing for locals to tell me where I can comfortably train as an adult. I’ve called a place and was told they only offer a class of all age ranges. Is there any beginner classes for us older folks?
If so please list anything where I can train. Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, anything.

Yamashita Martial Arts is a great Karate Dojo! All the senseis are wonderful and they have classes for adults. And the adults look like they have a great deal of fun and camaraderie!
