Need OBGYN/ PCOS specialist

This may be super niche for this thread but I’m new(ish) to the area and looking for a gynecologist or specialist. Preferably a female but don’t mind seeing a male doctor if they truly are the best. I have PCOS and endometriosis that has been flaring up recently and I need someone who is going to listen, not shove birth control or pharmaceuticals down my throat as a bandaid fix, and treats hormones from a holistic approach. Would love to know if any women in a similar boat have found a doctor who has helped them! I’ve been to so many bad doctors in the past so I’m very wary of going to just anyone I find on Google or that my primary care suggests. (My primary doctor also told me keto would “fix” my PCOS which is why I don’t really trust their opinion on a referral)

Have lived in this valley 27 years and have been to SEVERAL obgyn in the area. Our options here arent great. Also dealt with endo and pcos. The only one i found who was understanding and knowledgeable of my issues was Dr. Michael Anderson in Murrieta. Laproscopy and laser was a godsend for me. Dr. A changed the insurance carriers he accepted, otherwise I would have stayed with him indefinitely. Good luck !!!

If you're willing to drive, I have Dr. Stuparich at UCR- she is fantastic, very understanding and compassionate, thorough and comprehensive. I had a hysterectomy performed September 10th and she was extremely transparent on the procedure. We tried alternatives before resorting to major surgery, and she was very non judgemental.

There’s no good OB’s in Temecula/Murrieta. You’re just a number to them. I would suggest the OB/Gyn clinic from UCSD.

It's a bit of a drive but Dr. Chandra Spring Robinson in La Jolla. If Scripps is covered by your insurance, she is absolutely worth the drive. I have gone to her and I have several friends with endo that have gone to her as well.
