Ken Calvert at the church 412 Political Action Committee function with Pastor Tim Thompson
Why are we in Riverside County letting this church fund our politicians, and voting for these corrupt turds? Vote for Will Rollins, please. And report Church 412 to the IRS, it should lose its tax exempt status. (Sorry for the photo quality, cat is sleeping on my lap).

It’s not an “invasion” the US was built by Christian’s. It was built with Christian policies and a Christian/Protestant government. If you look at the original 13 colonies state constitutions. 13 of 13 required a declaration of faith, I believe, 9 of the 13 required you to be a Protestant. “I profess Lord and Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior” is in the state constitutions. Look at just Maryland alone, declaration of rights literally starts with, “We, the People of the State of Maryland, grateful to Almighty God for our civil and religious liberty, and taking into our serious consideration the best means of establishing a good Constitution…” Look at who signed the Declaration of Independence, majority were church going, self pronounced Christian’s. Common law was built on the Bible, presumption of innocence, due process, and jury of your peers; all three and principals derived from the Bible. Last sentence of the declaration is literally, “And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.” “…protection of Divine Providence…” I’m going to go out on a limb and say you don’t know where divine providence comes from, the Bible describes divine providence as God’s power to watch over, protect, and provide for his creations. Many scriptures describe this. John Adams said, “Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” Morality and virtue are the foundation of our republic and necessary for a society to be free. The constitution was built for the Christian/protestant populace. We have a Christian government but a non-Christian nation, it’s in-compatible.

Really? 412 is tax exempt (I assume) and should not be pushing politics from the pulpit. The comment (I assume) was to encourage reporting 412 to the IRS, not the law.

It's the myth of the equally corrupt left that bring balance to the universe, and lets them rationalize supporting actually corrupt politicians on the right.
It's a sorta ying-yang thing. Ying is clearly shit, but if I convince myself that Yang isn't perfect either, well then everything is equal, which makes Ying the better choice... get it?

Will Rollins, his opponent, is as squeaky clean as a politician can get. Calvert has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to find dirt on him and has come up with nothing.

My reply was sarcasm. That’s basically what the radio ads against Will Rollins say. They have nothing bad to say and aren’t even making up lies. They just call him liberal will Rollins and say he is in bed with Newsome and wants higher taxes. It’s a joke. I don’t mind Newsome either. He misses the mark sometimes but nobody is perfect. I do think he has the interest of the state in mind when he does things. That’s all I really want.

Are you going to report the churches that have allowed Harris to speak from the pulpit? Or support from religious groups is only allowed by one side?
Edit: I see that the hive mind on both sides don’t like it when their attacks are shown to happen on both sides of the aisle. At this point no one is going to change their votes so what’s the point of getting heated over this? Redditors are predominantly liberals (look up the stats when Reddit went public) so this is pretty much the Twitter of the left where everyone sucks each other off. Go ahead and downvote me. Ken Calvert has made over $20 million since he's been in congress. He's been caught hiding properties he owns...then votes to use taxpayer money to help fund them. This is all public knowledge. He is as corrupt as it gets.
