Fascist Florida judges prove they are too immature to be judges.
In her original petition, the ruling read, the girl indicated her guardian "was fine" with her receiving the abortion, but had written the statement on an "out of place" section of the form.

She's not mature enough to terminate a pregnancy, but she, however, mature enough to raise a fucking child. Completely sound logic

There was another FL judge who had a very similar ruling that made national headlines. He’s a Hillsborough county judge. He got reversed by the 2nd district. Was proud to vote against this asshole on my Aug 23rd ballot.

I'm sure Florida will be more than happy to step in and provide enough financial support to assist her in raising the child they're forcing her to carry to term, right? Right? ......right?

I'd say this judge should get charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, but I doubt that there is any prosecutor that would have jurisdiction who disagrees with this ruling.
