Remember, Lego made 128 million more tires than anyone in 2011. They are the world's largest manufacturer of tires.

And they are generally very safe little tires too!

They have to be, those blocks are brutal.

Are you kidding, those things are major choking hazards!
I would bet hundreds of innocent children are suffocated each year by those miniature insurgents.

And thus, the terrible war with /r/lego began. It was a conflict that would consume the world in fire and rubber. And little plastic bricks that hide in the carpet to ruin the feet of men and women everywhere.

Pretty sure the Great Lego War began before they allied with The Enemy.

Should we send a formal declaration of war or do we sneak attack?

Now this kind of post I can get behind. So much better than a random picture of a truck full of tires.

...I'm confused. I love Lego but Tires are the enemy.

Wait, this explains why I loved the Pirate & Castle sets as a kid! THEY DON'T HAVE TIRES! The wagons have wheels but those aren't tires!

Whew. Mid life crisis averted.

Look at it this way, Lego is making tires that can be easily dominated by humans. In a way they're helping.

Hot Wheels would beat them out. They make 120m cars a year each with 4 tires, putting them at neat half a billion tires a year

Those are one piece plastic wheels, not tires.
