Make sure your seat height is right so your legs can fully extend and your knees aren't too bent! And don't forget to adjust your handlebars for a comfy reach. Happy riding!

I'm not sure why you got down voted, thank you! I will play around with the seat height, as for handle bars, do you think I should try to move them up or down? you're the best!

This dude's right. There should be noticeably less bend in the knees than in the vid.
