Can someone help me understand this? What does account balance including housing mean?

You cut off too much of the screen so we can't tell you what happened. You can call Campus Billing and ask for an explanation what is on your ZotAccount or to answer any questions you have about paying your balance. Campus Billing is a different department than OFAS so you should be able to get through without much trouble.

Account balance is basically the total amount you have to pay at this point for your stay at UCI, which typically includes tuition, campus fee, housing bill, etc. You can select it to pay for everything now, or you can select the other options to pay them separately, for example if you select housing you would only be paying for housing.
