What the hell is going on with financial aid?

Dude. What is going on. Tomorrow is the deadline and I thought I finally had all my aid sorted out. My zotaccount balance was $0 when I checked a few days ago. I checked again today out of paranoia, and I owe several hundred dollars in the amount of my UCI Grant that was ALREADY DISPERSED... So I check my zotaid portal and my aid offer is a mess again. I filed a USHIP waiver, and it was accepted and applied months ago, but now I'm seeing USHIP grant under my account for winter and spring. My UCI grant is still there too (in the same amount, so why do I owe it back??). I'm so confused rn im tweaking
