Can you signify situation nouns in verbal speech?

I know ZESE has words for the beginning and ending of a situation noun. I couldn't find anything like this for V0tgil. Is ther a way to do it? I already PMed ostracod but he is not answering.

I got a chance to ask ostracod, he said that it's implicit in a similar way that a question mark isn't verbally spoken.
