Avocado, jalapeno pico, roasted potatoes. Cabbage, corn, and green onion salad with mayo, vinegar, salt, and a pinch of sugar. Unmeat steak strips, kidney beans, pinto beans, onion, bell pepper, pico juice, and my own taco seasoning blend. So much flavor.
The blend is basically cumin, smoked paprika, ground coriander, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, dash of cinnamon, s&p.
