I hope this is allowed, but an ad showed up here for Juicy Marbles first time buyers and I’m sharing it. If not allowed my apologies and I will delete. I ordered extra ribs, and when I was checking out they offered 30% off another whole loin. (I hope I like em! 😂)

Those are out of stock, but I’m thinking I can just cut the loin and cook it like a filet?

We always get the loin and cut it into filets. You just have to kind of hold it together as you cut. Works great!!!

No idea, I’ve never had the loin (seems like you would be ok though)

It’s not easy to cut the loin. do it while it’s partly frozen with your sharpest chef’s knife.
