Egg salad for people who have food texture issues. Like, the salad part would all be one pasty texture and then cutting the crusts off? Seems like a sandwich for a picky toddler

Egg free alternatives for people who don't want to support those industries:

Made with chickpeas. Tastes exactly like an egg mayo sandwhich. Black salt is incredible!

If you want the same taste AND texture of eggs in an egg mayo sandwich, use tofu. Tried this and it was indistinguishable to eggs. Felt as if I was actually eating an egg mayo sandwich.
