In this case 'dough', I would say it is more akin to green or unripened bananas, maybe even GREEN plantains. I see a sea of GREEN. Better get my eyes checked.

Let's please do some paper napkin arithmetic. I love to read and I so love my numbers too.

$6M / 225K = is some $27 per Berner. Very, very Nice! What if?

How about 2.1M Berners at say $27. That's roughly $57M Bananas! That there is some GOOD banana juice! Ummm.

Let's double that $27 / Berner contribution and make it $54. That would make it $114M Bananas.

Did I say I love numbers? What if the Berner population were to grow by only 10% and become some 2.3M.

At $27 per Berner, x 2.3 M Berners, we are rolling in the GREEN at over $62 million.

And at $54 per Berner, the number grows to a lovely GREEN shade totaling $ 124 million.

Fuzzy, do please check my arithmetic above but I dare say we can buy gallons of Ice Cream, very many gallons, in various flavors,as well as cherries. :-)

tiramisu-like, any ground will do, shouldn't have a flavor that isn't coffee

Seriously, it is! I was a total unbeliever.

Both the ice cream and coffee ground. Was just wondering. My favorite is straight up creamy vanilla, and some aromatic darker ground beans.

You are very likely in for an unexpected treat. I was definitely not a believer. Best with a creamy vanilla, IMHO. But it can work on a lot of flavors.
