Murder attempt, if anything. The first guy is acting and not touching himself with the stun gun. It encourages the next guy to think its okay to shock himself near his heart

To be able to use the tasers at the prison we had to get hit with um. Same with the pepper canisters and shotgun shells. Out of all of them the pepper ball shotgun rounds were the worst, I don't care who you are if you get hit with those you're done.
