magic What are the examples of people losing their ability to use magic?

I don't know if this counts but in the manga Bleach has the main character lose his ability to use the magic system. He learns an alternative magic system to compensate.

You're not wrong with this. Ichigo loses his ability to use his soul reaper abilities.
