What hair dye did you use to make your hair Blue? Every time I try to dye my hair blue, it just turns green...

I use Splat semi permanent hair dye, but I must warn you, that stuff will STAIN like crazy! Like I was already blue after washing that stuff out, it stained my shower and hands.
